Dr Maguire presents Justice & Devolution Speech at QUB

Dr Michael Maguire has given a speech at a conference on Justice and Devolution hosted by the School of Law at Queen’s University, Belfast.
Dr Maguire was one of a number of high profile representatives from across the criminal justice system including Prisoner Ombudsman Pauline McCabe and former Police Ombudsman Baroness Nuala O’Loan and who were invited to participate in the event. Prof. Colin Harvey, head of the School of Law at Queen’s University said the event intended to focus on the key issues of justice and accountability, policing, accountability, community engagement, prisons and punishment and the institutional challenges that will be faced.
